Hello everybody - grabbed a few minutes to myself this evening and wanted to say a big thank you to those who left lovely messages for me (loved the song Colleen - wish I could have heard you!). Aqua has been great and very supportive.
My husband has been in hospital for a major operation for kidney cancer but he is back home now. Recovery may take a while but hopefully every day he will be able to move about a bit more.
It's not been easy for me, running around all over the place (I haven't driven for 20 years and wasn't going to start again after all that time), up and down 2 flights of stairs all day, plus looking after 8 dogs (yes 8) and generally resembling one of those insects with the proverbial blue bottoms.
Missed the banter and art-related topics but maybe I can get back here more often now. Come on Mel - make me laugh!
