Is it my imagination, or has the forum died somewhat since the introduction of the new format? The liveliness and spark seems to have gone out of the threads and the interaction. I can see that people are trying with new threads to get discussions really going, but the response in not there as it used to be. Remember the Bete Noire thread, which proved to be great fun. There have been others as well that have had a massive input and provoked interesting debate.
I have all but stopped checking the forum as it doesn't have the vitality that I used to enjoy so much. It seems that people have been channelled off into their respective compartments and they don't stray out of them now.
This might just be me being a bit fanciful, but I think it's a shame and I really miss the old format and the way we were all in it together.
