Tell me, Derek, have you ever encountered the phrase "take it easy"? You WILL feel better now the stent's in, but don't go rushing full tilt at life too soon .... take a bit of time to recover and relax, for goodness' sake!

Cheers Robert,Syd and Michael. I invented that saying. Walked down then back up the hill to vote after lunch, quite nice. Aiming for Seatown Dorset, then Perrenporth, then somewhere else finishing at Wareham. 4 campsites in two weeks.

Derek...Look after yourself...The time to take it easy is when you feel you are OK again. It's then that you can overdo it. Cut yourself some slack! Best wishes for a great recovery. XX
