That title hopefully includes and covers my creation of the day, not counting an acrylic work I posted earlier.
Stand aside and engage your minds in this wonderful display of my exciting culinary art.
Tuna Salad al la Snowdon.
A bed of leaves of our lettuce, chopped. Then covered with grated Cheddar cheese. A layer of half a drained tin of cold Heinz Baked beans precedes the whole tin of tuna, thrashed together with half a chopped onion and a large spoonful of Mayonnaise.
Surround this with pieces of local grown beetroot, some discarded slices of yesterdays new potatoes, slices of cucumber (Morrisons) and pieces of our own radish.
Drizzle all with self made dressing, liberally season with black pepper and sea salt and serve with bread warmed though in the Remoska (Google it) and lashings of margarine.
Accompany with a pint of cold water.
