Frost & Reed were a publisher of prints, mezzotints etc, and the British Museum had some information on them, whom it might be worth your contacting. The company's archive may still exist, if only in part - they were founded, I see, in 1808 so finding your prints might take a bit of time.
I don't recognize the artist, and unfortunately the signature is a) stylized, in what looks like a German cursive, though I'm only going by some of the sweeps and curlicues there and might be misleading myself completely, and b) very faint.
Have you tried dropping these images into Google's picture search? If you do, it's likely to produce a great many similar pictures because these were very popular subjects at one time. The time is creeping on to midnight now, I've only just seen your post, but I'll see if I can find out any more tomorrow. You ask about value - I think that will be slight.

PS - these are pastoral scenes, originally they may have been painted in watercolour - there were thousands of pictures like this in circulation; it's a European subject, many of these were of Italian peasant scenes - indeed, while I've as yet no idea who the artist was, these look very like Italianate scenery, which was once very much in vogue: likely to have been produced long before the 1932 date of the print.

Got it: currently on sale as a pair, with a price of $250.
Pair of Mezzotint Engravings, Gleaners and Gipsies, by Eugene Tily. Up for sale is this pair of mezzotint engravings entitled Gleaners and Gipsies, respectively (after Senior WilliamShayer) by Eugene James Tily (British, 1870-c. 1937). William Shayer (1787–1879) was a competent English landscape and figure artist during the Victorian era, whose works are on display at many museums including the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Tate Gallery, the Glasgow Art Gallery, and the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art. (Ref: Wikipedia).
Eugene James Tily was a fine late 19[sup]th[/sup] and early 20[sup]th[/sup] century etcher and watercolor painter and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, who began exhibiting his art around 1895 and was equally well received for his mezzotints, stipples and aquatints. Many of his works were based upon the designs of great English 18th century masters.
The engravings framed under glass are hand printed in color under serious control with one printing by Eugene Tily and signed lower right in pencil. As stated, the edition is strictly limited, and the plate is destroyed. Please see the photos for detail.
