This is my youngest granddaughter, she won silver medals in a dance festival for both dances. I thought the ballet photo (top) would help get your poses. The second is a contemporary pose.

Thanks so much Ellen, that is ever so kind. You must be very very proud of your granddaughter and she looks so beautiful. I think ballet dancers train ever so hard and training is very tough. The poses are excellent Ellen. She must be pretty good winning medals.The Russian Ballet are in my city in February and I plan a trip to see them.

You’re welcome Denise.  She’s been dancing since she was five, she’s now twelve, next month. Her mum travelled all over to dance festivals before Covid. She also goes for a lesson once a month at the Ballet Theatre UK in Leicestershire, besides her own dance school twice a week. Needless to say I’m proud of her, and just love watching her dance. It’s all she wants to do.
