I know some of us on here are sketch book fillers and look at the world around us.
I have been lucky enough to see the world through my sketch books they are now in an untidy heap and stir so many brilliant memories...gazing into the eyes of a lioness from an open jeep ,the elephant on my doorstep...him munching me frantically drawing , the kids on the beach pinching paper and paints and we all drew together. Secret places here there and everywhere , bits of my home town ,the sheep across the road. Sitting at a rehearsal of the Welsh National Ballet and just scribbling movement, talking grand kids to the Zoo and drawing chimpanzees...the grumpy waitress....the cat sleeping...oh what a world we live in.
Soo much to remember , photographs are great but sketching is better.ugh This is just across the road...so no effort.
The little guy was watching the races at Bangor on Dee....so I drew him.
