Hi, are you on Facebook? If so there is a group you can join called the 'UK plein air society'. Because there are members all over the country it is quite useful for arranging meet ups with others in your area. Good luck!

Try Urban Sketchers. I belong to a group in north Wales . But it is world wide. Must admit that we find indoor venues when the weather is wet and cold.
