I have set up a nice little area in what used to be the dining area, plastic sheet to protect the carpet. It is where I do all my writing and painting. I have the box-easel permantly there, it's been ok for about a week and got the loaded palette resting on the open draw. Last night, for some inexplicable reason, the wing-nut on one of the legs loosened, whoooo, ghosts, poltergeists. Anyway, the thing colapsed as the leg slid up in the slider, and every thing landed on the floor. The palette missed the protective plastic sheet, hit the carpet, like a piece of buttered toast, which always lands butter side down. There were piles of paint, the mirror image of the palette dotted on the carpet. I tried to clear the thing, but the missus took over and did a wonderful job. I have to say that the Spirit Green worked admirably.bestMick
