Hi all,
I've noticed that it seems to be a fairly common problem among us that although our ambition for painting is there, distractions are robbing us of our time and energy, making us lose our focus. Any tips out there from those of you who are succeeding in time management? Any good books to recommend on this subject?
Personally, I have pared down my life (as I think most artists do) to the point of having very little social life to make room for painting, but because I come from a fairly large family, there is always this or that obligation to take care of. It's not that I don't love them, but it's tempting to move to the other side of the country just to realize some of my goals! Ha! Would love to hear how others deal with this.
