well by cram that photgrphic realism was a cracker ,it certainly woke some of the dead on here

when I was a lad I attended art school, signwritting ,art ,ect , we did what was called a city and guilds ,, I was told to pass ,I should do exactly what the teacher had shown us over the last year .,but not to go my own way ,and try to do something better ,,I dont know but is it the same in these fine art courses ??,,is it a no. no,, to out shine the teacher ,,??,
just away from that subject ,it reminds me of what they call fringe comedians .who to me have destroyed comedy ,and think that a long collar makes a guy funny ,so is fine art doing the the same with art ,,after going to a colleg art show recently ,,I have my doubts
