One of the great uses of Photoshop is to use it as an aid/tutorial for color mixing.  Use the eye-dropper tool and click it on a colour that you may be having trouble with, it will indicate the correct proportions of red/green/blue for that colour.  Because we are artists, the chances are that we don't have proccess colours on our pallette; however, by using (roughly) those proportions, our eyes and brains we can get near to the trouble maker.  It is important not to use this as a crutch, but as a tutorial, something like Leonardo, standing over us saying, this, not that you stupid boy.bestMick
