Jumping from my Blog to the Forum.
Some of us are supporting the idea to raise money for charity :
- Great Ormond street hospital.
The idea would be for us to produce a small painting, presented in a mount under cellophane and offer it for auction.
Already we are 4 backing this idea.
- I suggest that the theme should be a copy of part of a copy of a grand master (just to rattle the one who do not like copying) It would stop people buying for an artist and leaving others without bidding.
Or course the copy has not to be accurate, it can be as an interpretation.
REMEMBER THE COPYRIGHT OF THE WORK OF AN ARTIST LASTS 75 YEARS AFTER HIS OR HER DEATH.
Open to suggestions.
Once we are agreeing we could suggest to Painters-Online to back us up for a silent auction.
I think that about 3 months from now would give us time to prepare a little work. We all have holidays, exhibitions and busy lives.
Who is on board ? Count me as one !
