It probably IS a print - the name (why can't artists sign a legible signature? I mean - what the hell's that supposed to say?) is indecipherable and doesn't remind me of anyone - but maybe someone will remember the gallery. Looks like your best chance, it was only 20 years ago it they were functioning in the 90s. You haven't asked about value, and that's probably just as well.
