Sorry searched on this and found nothing which is probably wrong? Newbie here. Love art but pretty hopeless sadly.
However I love viewing art.
Need to rant about this programme. The two judges are horrid and mean which is unnecessary. They need to remember art is so much more subjective than cakes or sewing where the judges are so much nicer, more entertaining and bigger hearted.
I don't know either judge artist but the portraits shown that the bloke has done all look like self portraits.
I so disagree with many of their judgements. The young girl's portrait last week or when ever I loved and it was sooo much better than it would have been with the blue background. Last week I loved the blue blenhem palace. Lots of others they hated I like. Today lady judge was so patronising when she spoke about the young girl's small strokes in her sketches. Well sorry madam I love them!
Those judges should be replaced asap.
And this is supposed to be amateur artists and yet one is an architectural painter, one a designer and one drew for met police. Hardle amateur!
Sorry rant over. Anyone else agree?
