I've had a number of queries about Alan Owen lately, and have had trouble replying to some of them via my Gallery, so please take this as a reply to all. Alan has been very low in health recently, and is too tired to paint, post, or reply to emails - along with all of you, I very much hope to see him back amongst us very soon, but for the moment, don't be surprised if he doesn't reply to mails: it would be wrong of me to speculate, but I suspect the heat isn't helping his several health conditions. <div>
</div><div>Wish him all the best, and remember him in your prayers if you're that way inclined: he has been such an asset to POL, and the magazines, and I know many of you are worried about him. Probably just as well not to email at the moment - he would feel an obligation to respond, and I suspect he just isn't up to it right now. </div><div>
