HEEN HOVEN<div>My son has aquired a small oil by this Dutch artist or so it woukd seem.</div><div>He found it in a charity shop apparently in a dirty state nicotine etc. We did the Google thing and there is actually a painting been sold in the U S which is exactly the same apart from size, for $1100 .</div><div>My sons painting is smaller. I haven't actually seen his picture but he seems to think that the brushwork is not quite as refined as the one he has Googled . </div><div> My advice to him has been to take it to one of the big auction houses and ask for their opinion , and not to even try to clean it until he has advice. </div><div> Does anyone here know anything about this artist? Anything that we cannot find via the internet which is actually very little. </div><div>an interesting little find that just might be profitable. </div>
