Wow! Just heard that my acrylic 'Winding Road' has sold today at a local art exhibition....over the moon about it. Am very grateful for all your support and encouragement....thank you, you help me to believe in myself...If it hadn't been for POL support I wouldn't have had the courage to submit.
Do I presume you mean photgraphing a glazed painting? if so best option is to remove first, second option use a polarizing filter on the camera.
I was thinking of posting a watercolor with the glass intact I know some post only a mount and the watercolor.. would you need a special box etc.or a wooden frame to pack it safely
In addition to Ken's advice, I've heard that taking the photo at 45 degrees will eliminate any flare from the glass, then use - transform - distort, in Photoshop to get rid of any distortion.bestMick
I think perhaps Alan means posting, as in letter box, royal mail etc. Not posting a photo on the gallery. No, I haven't either.
