Haven't posted much lately, but this is a first attempt in acrylics at an animal portrait...was very taken with this lady, she had real character...no beauty but charming in her own way!
I would appreciate any constructive comments...I have been very much drawn to wildlife portraits recently, and found this one, using acrylics, difficult. I usually work in coloured pencil or pastel for this category, and was challenged by the relative lack of detailed control which acrylics presented. Please take a look at it, and thank you in advance.
