It's not hard to find people's details, and I've received a few peculiar emails, most of them phishing attempts or other kinds of fraud: some of the inhabitants of Nigeria, in particular, seem to think that artists are especially easy push-overs. But just deleting them and not under any circumstances replying - which just confirms your email address - usually causes the initial spate to dwindle to a trickle and then to stop altogether. Our spammers on the forum are another matter, and will remain a blithering nuisance until POL revamps its site and finds a way of defeating them.
