After posting a pen and wash monochrome version of this little plant, Adele asked (challenged lol) me if there was a coloured version in the making. Well here it is: "Herb Robin for Adele". I posted it in the General Gallery and also as a Watercolour. Thanks for having a look and maybe give me your opinion about whatever you think may be improved. I've commented on the Gallery Mia. It is exquisite and thank you for painting it. I loved the drawing so much and wanted to know what the colours were like. It is so delicate. Hope you enjoyed painting it as much as I have enjoyed viewing it.

Adele, I want to thank you personally for this "challenge". It made me move upstairs to my studio (after many months) where all my paints are and make a "proper" watercolour instead of sitting at the kitchen table using sketching paper with marker and waterbrush. Not that there is anything wrong with this technique, but I had a sort of painter's block not to be able to really paint again. Sorry to be so emotional about that but it is more than a year ago that I used my watercolour paints. I am ever so grateful :) Mia
