Last week we visited the two shows being held at the Mall Gallery, the Painters in Miniature and the Marine Painters. What a marvellous exhibition it was.
The work of the miniaturists was exquisite. How any one can paint such amazing work in such a small scale absolutely amazes me. The patience and care that must go into each work.
With the marine painters I think I can say that in my humble opinion there was not a bad painting in the show.
If you are in London , do not miss this combined exhibition.
