Has anybody had a go with these brushes when used with water soluble pencils?
I'm considering the notion of going 'plein air' sketching with a few coloured pencils and one of these devices to bring out the colours more.
The attraction being that a small sketchpad & roll of pencils plus this brush would be a 'take anywhere' accessory. I normally do oils but look at the pochade box & find reasons to not bother taking it.
The 'KOI' brand is being hailed as the next big thing. I do have a habit of buying things to try & thinking naaa..., then passing them on to a grateful mate!
Any advice appreciated.
