This is pose only so you can turn sound of strange music down to concentrate.  I hope it will be on later on replay as well as the chatting programme! Just checked.  The poses are no longer available separately.  Oh well.  I suppose it was supposed to be live.

I wasn't able to watch the programmes live, but recorded it, hoping to have a go later.   A quick flip through didn't seem to offer poses to draw from...the 'pose camera' as Gudrun mentions above.  I too have looked for these on the web site...no luck...this ship has sailed.  Might watch the TV show, but not mad keen on the 'experts'(???).
