many of the artists who use this forum produce very beautiful and saleable art works .
But non of us use this place to advertise our paintings.
It really is a forum for discussion about art in general and to exchange arty news, what it isnt is a selling place.
Maybe you would like to join us in our art deliberations, we actually are a nice bunch of artists .

Let us be fair: he has put this information in the Buy, Sell & Wanted section - he hasn't used it to advertise a specific painting, even the link isn't a live one: so let us take it as another way of introducing the artist. I think we'd all advise him though that he's very unlikely to be able to sell anything on this site, because that's not what it's for, and art-buyers are not the main audience if they look in at all. But if he wants to use it to help make himself better known - well, most of us probably started out with that in mind, and then got sucked into all the discussion and forgot about self-promotion...
I like the "I am your artist" bit, though: I've never had an artist of my own before.
