Hello,
I am looking for a painting by Jean Beauchesne, of which I do not remember the title. This might be a long shot, but I hope someone in this forum will recognize my description of the painting and know the title.
It shows a light blue/grey blue background with dark grey/black birds flying across, seen from a distance, and light beige cliffs (or other shapes of rock) in the front. The colors are somewhat opaque, and the expression is a bit dark. It is painted with a spatula and has a textured surface. The motive might be from Bretagne, in the same area as the attached picture.
