Hi everyone :)
I am having an emotional breakdown caused by the lack of inspiration. A total lack of inspiration.
I should probably start from the beginning :)
New project = new challenges. We were introduced to a new project called 'Nomadic life' just few weeks ago. As a fine artist I decided to do some photography first and then get on with abstract painting. I was taking pictures while thinking about a poem 'The last toast' by Anna Akhamatova and few random sentences such as 'Everywhere I see traces of humanity'. The photography bit went brilliant, the photographs are very powerful, but then it came to the painting bit. I went throught the whole library in my Uni and I could not find anything that would spark of my thinking. Mostly, I looked up Sean Scully but his work is too calm and too plain for me.
I went to Edinburgh to visit all the galleries, and in front of the modern art gallery there was this huge sculpture saying 'there will be no miracles here' :-| what a coincidence...
I am really stuck guys :( I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I am posting some of the photography so that u know more or less what i am talking about here.
Thanks for reading this x
