I don't know about the rest of you, but sometimes you seem to lack drive and need some form of inspiration. I went to the Preview evening of the Marwell Wildlife Art Society, based at Marwell Zoo, yesterday evening and chose to walk from the entrance gate to Marwell Hall where the exhibition was being staged, a pleasant stroll past some of the animals, included seeing a beautiful Snow Leopard.
There was some excellent work on show including some superb painted woodcarvings of ducks and a black swan, unbelievable when you consider the time and work involved and the modest asking price. I realised just what a boost visiting an exhibition can give in feeding the creative soul, even if you don't paint animals. So I would reccommend getting out and visiting somewhere.
