I was looking forward to acquiring this book as I already have copies of the Magic of Watercolour and Watercolour Secrets. However, I am very disappointed in the reproduction of the colours , especially the greens, when compared with the other two books.Page 42 shows a painting entitled ' Winter Flood Water' and page 43 one entitled 'Summer Landscape' - there is hardly, if any difference in the colours shown although they are of two different seasons. When I read R Campbell Smith's review of this publication, I thought I was reading about two different books - obviously the reproduction of the colours in the copy he reviewed were better than the copy I have. Having said that, I still enjoyed the actual paintings, but for anyone paying the full price of £34.99, I think this is a little on the expensive side.
