I learned early on in my old Investment Banking career that you don't learn to do something right without messing it up in style a few times. It's a way of thinking I still use as a musician.

Thanks, John. I especially liked the one about the master having failed more times than a beginner has ever tried. I'm feeling rather encouraged to fail tonight!

There's nothing wrong with failing, it makes getting it right all the more exciting and worthwhile:)
