Will all makers of dvds that teach art or give examples of art works which have a narrative please listen .... there are a lot of prospective artists who can not hear you.
A lot of my friends from my local dDeaflinks club are keen on having teaching dvds but alas as they have no subtitles are unable to follow the excellent tutorials.
please hear their voice so they can "hear" yours
