After attending three separate art holiday courses over the last few years I would like to see a forum were guest could give honest, constructive feedback.
I attended a Maggie Horner home stay years ago and had both excellent tuition and great food. Later, I stayed a week with another tutor in France who chain smoked while stood next to me, even after my pointing out that 'smoke' held behind his back still offended my senses. The tuition suffered because I didn't want him near me. In the South of England a well know tutor spent far too much time on his mobile phone texting, Guests had to call him over for comments, much to his chargrin.
These holidays, home stays and day courses do not come cheap and before splashing out guest should have a chance to see both positive and negative feedback.
