On my last thread : Do you like sharing - Jodafo explained that paper was the one that he had to make others understand that it was expensive.I have this problem with customers. They do not appreciate how much our paint, brushes, paper, canvas cost.One day I showed them one tube 14 ml of artist watercolour and said : how much do think this cost ? The answer : £ 2.50 !When I told them the real price their faces were a treat.But you cannot show the total amount of your bills under the price of a painting !Another was a client wanting a frame. I could get one from a reputable place and gave him the price without putting any adding on, the answer was that he was going to have it framed himself, my price was too expensive. A fortnight later he came back to me......... I did the framing.Have you had such problem ?
