has anyone checked out the winsor and newton factory seconds for sale through amazon, i bought 100 mixed brushes, and there is nothing wrong with 98 of them, 1 has a wobbly ferrule, and one had a crack in the handle. included are bristles, synthetics and sables all for a princely sum of £30, a real bargain, and delivery was in two days! (lol)
