I've lost my very splendid brass pencil sharpener - probably dropped it outside.  These sharpeners were introduced a few years ago - Dux is the brand name (I think!) - I will of course feverishly Google it in a moment, but if anyone can remember who sold them, it would be much appreciated if you could let me know.  I'd like to deal with the original supplier, who was a very nice and helpful man, rather than another retailer.

I found it!  It needs a new blade, mind ... so I'd still like directions to the maker, if anyone can help.

I looked them up for you. DUX are a german brand. The distribution is all though a big group now. So its Amazon or the like for new blades, pack of 3 for £14.

Pity - and more so, as I fear you're right; I can't find the very nice man who used to sell them, though will have another go on the morrow, once I've dealt with our latest mouse infestation (I know what I'd like to use those blades for....).  Thanks for looking!
