I've just picked up a book featuring the art of Kerstin Farnert, called Nordic Light, in excellent condition. I paid £8 for it in a charity shop and on looking on line it is £75 new so a good deal.
Sadly there appears to be little on line of this Danish artist but at least I have a book featuring about 50 of her works in superb reproduction. Her work is best described as muted and I fell in love with it as soon as I openned it - I just had to buy it. Much of her work features sweeping landscapes in semi-abstract style which is the route my own work is currently taking.
I wonder if anyone else is familiar with her work or has heard of her.
