Hi all,
I work for Village Green Signs who specialise in hand-painted resin cast house signs. We're currently looking for new artists that have experience working with acrylic paints and are confident in replicating from reference images. We pay our artists on a per sign basis and allow them to work from the comfort of their own home. All brushes and paints are provided!

Well, go to the website and find out, I suppose.... But this is a project for craftspeople, not artists - I see that the idea is to paint originals for transference to sculpted name plates, though can't quite see why they need to have the originals in acrylics. In any event - would you like to know if you're a professional artist or an amateur? Go to this website and sign up, and your status as an amateur is assured. In the worst possible way.
We've had discussions about amateur and professional before, but there are degrees of amateurism - and this is the ultimate example: THIS sort of amateur lends their skills to a kitsch 'art' project, in a desire to make a few pounds; the genuine amateur paints because they love it and may (or may not) hope to improve or attain professional status. Now, if you're the former sort of amateur, that's absolutely fine by me and good luck to you.
But let's not call it 'art'.
