In the august Artist mag. An artist tells us how to achieve these effects..His painting of
Conas on rogh paper shows granulation in every depression in the paper instead of the usual sparkling which is a lovely feature of using rough paper . i think the buildings look as though they were built of brick work instead of stone. I am not a great fan of ganulation especially in skys and places where you dont want it. Flocking !I am not aware of from his description, so i cant comment.I read the artcle and mentally dismissed it from my mind !PS i didnt put the grr in granulation and skys mean skies !?
