Does any one know what type of acrylic paint produces a bright,almost illuminating street light? I saw a beautiful painting in a shop window and the focal point was the bright street lights and office/shop lights. This was not the usual soft glow like the moon. It must be a special type of paint - may not be acrylic but it looked acrylic. Any clues please?
