to get back to tips here's mine for a start . when painting a starter coat like e.g. raw
sienna dont just use water alone to dilute your paint.Add some matt or gloss Medium
to the water until it turns slightly milky.You don't need much and the addition means
you have a polymer rich surface to paint on ,as a binder if you like.Anyone agree?
