I had a strange experience yesterday - I accompanied my husband on his visit to a model railway exhibition. Yawn- Yawn. We me someone who seemed to specialise in painting tiny 3D figures. We discussed paints and he said that normal acrylic paint from tubes was not fluid enough for the detail he needed and if additives were used then the paint became too transparent. He used Vallejo acrylic colours, which can be used with an air brush or a similar device with a nib and reservoir for fine lining. Could this be the answer for us painters who sometime like to add fine details or paint miniatures? Anyone used them? Regards Linda
