The North Weald Art Group whose aims are to foster the work of local artists is holding its annual exhibition of around 120 framed paintings, prints and mixed media at the Denbies Art Gallery. Most works in the exhibition are for sale as well as a large selection of unframed works and cards. The locally based society includes both amateur and professional artists. John Yardley the renowned watercolour artist and the group's president is one of the exhibitors. There is ample free parking at Denbies as well as a fine restaurant and cafe. There is also a shop selling wine and gifts as well as a farm shop selling local produce. Well worth a visit.
