Folkestone Art Society represents over 200 artists in and around the historic seaside resort of Folkestone which, this year, hosts the third Triennial arts festival where internationally known artists are invited to make work somewhere in the town. The Society's summer exhibition will be held in the Ballroom of the prestigious 'the Grand' to be found on the Leas, the resort's most famous landmark. There will be paintings, prints, sculptures and mixed media work with a ''Lookout' theme which is the focus of the Triennial as well as showing the usual astonishing range of artworks and cards. There is always something for every pocket.
