Anne Corless Wildlife Artist taking part in Charity Auction for The Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Ol Pejeta Conservancy has teamed up with White Paw Professional Dog Training to raise money for their anti-poaching canine unit. The Ol Pejeta is a not-for-profit organization situated in Kenya’s Laikipia County. Ol Pejeta is East Africa’s Largest Black Rhino Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees and holds some of the highest predator densities in Kenya. The charity auction features donated artwork from artists, photographers, sculptors and celebrities! Anne Corless Wildlife Artist says: "I love using my artwork to help support my favourite charities...and in this case any funds from the charity auction will go to the prevention of poaching at the Ol Pejeta Conservancy, where they are training dogs to help." ‘Hope and Mount Kenya’ was painted especially for the Ol Pejeta Charity Auction. The online auction website will be live for bidding at 8am on 1 August 2014.
