The exhibition is an annual event and has been held in Teignmouth and three French towns, on a rotational basis, for the past 16 years.  It is being organised  by the Teignmouth International Art Forum (TIAF) as part of the on-going cultural exchange within the twinning movement. TAAG  (Teignmouth Arts Action Group) is the hub of the Arts in Teignmouth, situated in what is popularly known as the “Arts Quarter” because of its proximity to a number of art shops, galleries and studios.
