Catherine and Peter welcome you to our fully residential art holidays in beautiful Devon and Exmoor. Be inspired by wonderful landscapes, gardens and historic villages and spend time honing your skills in our spacious studios.

Join us between April and September for our classic painting week or a choice of shorter courses. Each holiday includes both studio sessions and location visits to nearby landscapes and gardens. You’ll have your own space in one of our two bright artist’s studios. Enjoy individual attention from professional artist and experienced tutor Catherine and improve your favourite medium or try something new.  With our small groups, we can cater for all levels – beginners are welcome too!

Enjoy your stay in one of our two village houses in Bampton, a thriving village close to Exmoor with 13thC church and other interesting historic buildings. Close by are scenic locations in the Exe valley and Exmoor, National Trust sites and RHS Rosemoor, Marwood Hill, and Hestercombe gardens. In the evenings, relax with your group over one of Peter’s home-cooked meals.  Non-painting partners are welcome too – they can join us for meals and outings, or explore the many west country attractions independently.
