Smita Patkar

Biography

I am Smita Patkar, from India, born and brought up in Mumbai but after marriage shifted to Pune. I do not have any formal education in Arts. I have a background in Science research and patent analysis but since last 2.5 years, I am persueing painting as my new found hobby which has become a passion for me now a days. I sometimes wonder if this is a rebirth of me :) It is now difficult for me to live without painting a single day... About Artistic Passion (Hobby Artist) Done basic and advance courses in watercolors conducted by renowned artist Milind Mulick in 2013. Started learning watercolor landscapes from my Guru, Shri. Vilas Kulkarni Sir since 2014 and continued till date.
