Pam Sinclair

Biography

Born in London and now living in Kent, I like to paint and draw the local river estuary and the coastal region and landscape near my home, but am also attracted to any area that captures my imagination, especially if it is colourful, or has a distinctive mood. However, I also like to try my hand at other subjects and like to paint and draw animals, especially cats, flowers and an eternal source of inspiration, my garden. I use oil, pastel and acrylics and sometimes watercolour. I exhibit and sell my work locally and also produce greeting cards and prints for sale. At present I am also in the midst of woodcarving, having attended a recent course in London on carving reliefs. I am a member of the Hesketh Hubbard Society that meets once a week at the Mall Galleries, London. This society enables me to practice my life drawing and portrait skills and I exhibit with the society at their annual exhibition.
