Biography

I am a retired lecturer and took up painting last year (2015) as a way to fill the long winter evenings. With no art background or training the little knowledge I have has come via internet sites. I tried various mediums before settling on oils, I like to paint animals, particularly dogs, but will attempt any subject if it fires my imagination. As a novice I have much to learn and would welcome comments/advice from more experienced artists.
