Biography

I am a long ago retired Radar and Computer systems engineer. I have always had an interest in art, much more so since my (early) retirement in 1996 (guess my age!).I have always carried a sketchbook and painting bits and pieces. I was chairman (with my late wife Anne) of the Droitwich Spa Art Society, later a member of the Ledbury Art Society and the Hereford Painting Club. Fortunately, I re-married to Liz who has been such a supporter of my art (she is a writer with several published books), encouraging me to have a small studio in the garden. I am a Friend member of Guild of Aviation Artists. My main subjects (as you can see in the Gallery) are Marine an Aviation art.
